By using Craytivo’s services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Services Provided

Craytivo designs, develops, and delivers custom websites tailored to client needs. Additional services such as branding, maintenance, and SEO may also be offered depending on your selected plan or agreement.

2. Payment & Billing

Payments are due upfront unless otherwise stated. Late payments may result in project delays or suspension. Pricing is based on scope agreed upon in writing.

3. Revisions & Scope

Plans include a defined number of revision rounds. Additional revisions or scope changes may incur extra fees. Any changes must be communicated clearly before final approval.

4. Intellectual Property

Upon final payment, you receive full rights to your custom website. Craytivo retains the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio unless requested otherwise.

5. Cancellation & Refunds

Projects canceled after work has begun may be eligible for a partial refund, less any time or resources spent. Refunds are not guaranteed after final delivery.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide all necessary content (text, logos, etc.) in a timely manner. Failure to do so may delay the project and affect delivery timelines.

7. Limitation of Liability

Craytivo is not liable for any losses or damages resulting from use of the website. While every effort is made to ensure quality and security, we do not guarantee outcomes beyond our control.

8. Updates to Terms

These terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of Craytivo’s services after changes indicates acceptance of those changes.
